BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a major organisation embarking on a multi‑year transformation designed to uplift its Technology Services foundations. This contract role is a unique opportunity to shape how the business manages demand, designs services, and communicates during a period of accelerated growth.
Role Purpose
The Change Manager will be responsible for crafting and driving the change strategy across Technology Services delivery. This position plays a critical role in setting up the behavioural, communication, and engagement foundations that will support transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the overarching change and engagement strategy
* Design centralised Technology Delivery Services
* Create communication plans and support transparent two‑way engagement
* Develop training, adoption, and capability uplift materials
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and feedback cycles
* Monitor adoption metrics and embed new ways of working
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Change Manager in large, complex organisations
* Strong communication and engagement capability
* Experience creating training content and adoption plans
* Ability to work across multiple streams of work simultaneously
* Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
* Familiarity with demand management, service design, or operating model uplift (desirable)
