Our Client, a WA owned supplier to the construction and building industry, are currently seeking an additional Production Worker / Machine Operator to join their team on an ongoing basis.The Role: Located in Middle Swan, this role will see you reporting directly to the Production Supervisor working amongst the fixed-plant machinery in the manufacturing facility.
You will be required to complete the following duties:Monitoring and operating factory machinery / equipment (Kilns and press operator)Isolating machinery in the case of process or mechanical issuesFollowing quality control proceduresAdhering to safety protocols, attending toolbox meetingsRequirements:Previous machine operating experience / factory environmentMust have a current driver\'s licence and own vehicle to get to workAbility to work on a continuous shift roster (days and nights)Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testForklift LicenseBe a permanent resident of Australia with full work rights (sorry no holiday visas)Roster & Remuneration:You will be required to work on a continuous shift-pattern roster comprising of 12-hour shifts on an 84-hour fortnight, 7-shifts per fortnight.
(Days & Nights)Hourly rate of $48.75 p/hr.
