Kinetic IT is seeking an End User Support Technician (Field Desktop) based in Canberra. This role involves providing high-quality technical support across Brisbane, Canberra, and Adelaide Airports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop/field services within an enterprise setting and possess strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software, including knowledge of Active Directory and O365. A valid Australian drivers' license is required, along with the ability to work independently in a 24/7 on-call environment.
