Trainee Receptionist & Administration Assistant

With offices in Perth, Port Hedland, and Karratha, our team of 120 staff is committed to supporting strong, sustainable communities.
About the Role
* Deliver front desk reception services, including greeting visitors, directing enquiries, and managing incoming calls
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area and meeting rooms
* Manage visitor sign‐ins and ensure stationery and materials are stocked
* Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding tasks
* Process incoming mail, including opening, scanning, and recording correspondence
* Escort employees to and from the airport as required
* Monitor the general enquiries inbox and coordinate supplier responses
* Oversee cleaning staff, conduct facility inspections, and ensure cleaning standards are met
* Maintain stock levels for housekeeping and office supplies and coordinate orders
* Manage uniform ordering, distribution, inventory, and replacement
* Organise and audit the attic storage area and coordinate storage needs
Ideal Candidate
* Customer service experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proven time management abilities
* Basic computer skills
Essential Requirements
* Current C Class driver's licence and own vehicle
* Current National Police Check
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment drug and alcohol screen
