What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Act as the go‐to tech expert, staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate and contribute with the team to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals.
