Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and, by your collaborative approach, empower customers by identifying products and services that transform their telecommunications experience.

Rosny Park, Glenorchy, Hobart, Kingston

What You'll Be Doing

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Act as the go‐to tech expert, staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate and contribute with the team to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals.

* 12% Superannuation
* 10% Variable Remuneration (if eligible; eligibility, calculation and payment determined by variable remuneration plan's rules; first 2 months guaranteed while you learn on board)

* Customer‐facing experience – previous experience is a plus but not required.
