Job Description Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries.
Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
Collaborate with the Business Development team on new initiatives.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up.
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
The Successful Applicant Previous experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to growth opportunities.
Experience in recycling, waste, or construction materials industries (preferred but not essential).
