CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Water Well Drillers and Field Supervisors for our client working across FIFO drilling operations within the mining and resources sector based in Western Australia. This role will suit hands-on Water Well Drillers and Field Supervisors with strong experience across drilling operations, ideally within mining, resource, geotechnical, and FIFO drilling environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and oversee drilling activities safely and efficiently Lead drill crews, offsiders, and site personnel Coordinate daily drilling schedules and site operations Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and JHAs Monitor drilling performance and equipment utilisation Maintain accurate operational records and reporting Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental, and operational standards Support maintenance coordination and operational troubleshooting Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience within drilling, mining, civil, or resource environments Strong safety focus and operational awareness Leadership experience highly regarded Water bore, geotechnical, HDD, or resource drilling experience advantageous Cert III / IV Drilling Operations highly regarded HR Licence and relevant tickets highly regarded Ability to work within remote FIFO environments What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $70-$90 per hr Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development Full-time, long-term opportunities How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Drilling, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to Rachel.v @celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
