Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a well-established, high-potential territory by building strong relationships with painters and store owners, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to increase market share.

* Maintain regular travel across the territory, including overnight stays as needed, to effectively support the region.

This role requires strong knowledge of paint products, application techniques, or similar trade industries. The successful candidate will bring initiative, be proactive in developing accounts, and have a hands-on approach to customer management.
