**The job**:
- Permanent Full Time.
- Commencing ASAP.
- Works 8am - 4pm on-site.
- Some flexibility available during school holidays.
- Reporting to the Client Services Manager in a wider team of 8.
- Lots of opportunity to explore different facets of ICT, from infrastructure to systems and databases.
- Regular training provided (internal and external).
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Able to obtain and hold a valid Working With Children Check.
- Newly graduated from a relevant ICT qualification, or with 6-12 months' equivalent experience.
- Able to comfortably respond to most Level 1 queries across MacOS/ iOS / Windows, and to set up basic A/V equipment.
- Proficiency in Google apps and MS Suite.
- Experience with JAMF or similar device management tools.
- Demonstrated skills in customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, motivated by getting good outcomes.
- Personable and enthusiastic with a keenness to learn.
- Confident and capable written and verbal communicator.
- Willing to actively participate in the life of the School, always promoting our ethos, vision, and values.
