Case Manager – QLD Compulsory Third Party Claims
Full time – Permanent – Hybrid location: Brisbane, QLD
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
* Manage end‐to‐end claims with guidance from leaders.
* Guide injured persons through recovery, liaising with doctors, treatment providers and solicitors.
* Identify the need for clinical information and develop case management plans within legislative and compliance timeframes.
* Engage technical and negotiation skills to resolve claims.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
* Work effectively in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in insurance, ideally managing claims or personal injury management.
* Customer‐focused, caring and empathetic over the phone.
* Resilient, decisive and empowered with the ability to find solutions and create plans to address challenges.
* Ability to prioritise work effectively.
* Strong analytical thinking, communication, critical thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation and case management skills.
* Knowledge of disability claims and data privacy regulations is an advantage.
