About the Role
* Lead a skilled team by fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
* Drive digital enablement by leading the adoption of advanced digital tools to enhance project controls and reporting capabilities.
* Monitor the performance of program management and contracting partners against established KPIs and service level agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Design and implement scalable processes, workflows, and tools to manage cost control, scheduling, contingency planning, contract variations, and change management to optimize business efficiency.
