**About the role**
We are looking for a driven Process Engineering Team Leader to join the team at Santos, where you will be tasked with leading a team of engineers responsible for ensuring our PNG upstream assets are operating to their full potential.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all upstream equipment is optimised to safely deliver the production and emissions objectives of the asset. This will include working closely with asset owners, identifying opportunities through surveillance plans to increase operating efficiency and providing scope to our execution teams for implementation.
The process engineering team is also responsible for delivering technical authority services to the production, process safety and project teams to ensure safe delivery of operational changes and larger scale sustaining CAPEX work.
The role is required to take an active part in working with process engineering Technical Authorities to manage the development and mentoring of process engineers within the PNG asset.

- Upholds and ensures compliance with all company standards and processes.
- Ensures compliance with and adherence to standards for EHS performance and behavior consistent with Company's environmental and health & safety vision, policies and standards
**About you**
**Qualifications**
- BE (Chemical) or other related engineering discipline (e.g. Petroleum, Mechanical)
- Chartered Engineer
**Required Experiences**
- Senior experience in discipline of Engineering
- Managing and leading teams of professionals and/or individual contributors- 10 years in Oil and Gas or other Process related industries
