About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle inbound and occasional outbound calls to banking customers, providing a wide range of account-related assistance.
Your responsibilities include educating customers on their rights, proactively identifying priority issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls to banking customers
Assist with account-related issues, including stopping and reissuing lost or stolen cards
Process and resolve disputes for unauthorized transactions
Manage everyday banking enquiries such as payment arrangements, account updates, statement requests and PIN changes
Escalate priority issues, accurately document interactions, and maintain a positive customer experience
Educate customers on their rights and proactively identify and address priority concerns
Key Details
Total of 7 days onsite training; 1 day in office per month thereafter
Multiple part-time positions available
Roster: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday and Friday; 8:00 am to 1:30 pm Saturday
Fixed-term 6-month contract with potential for extension
Equipment is provided (stable, hard-wired Internet connection required)
Highly accessible office near Flagstaff station

General inquiries
Stopping and reissuing lost and stolen cards
Lodge a dispute if any unauthorized transaction
Document all customer interactions according to SOPs
