What You'll Do:
* Build trusted on-farm relationships, identify customer needs and deliver high-quality after-sales support.
* Identify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your customer portfolio.
* Provide agronomic advice and stay current on seasonal conditions, product performance, and industry best practice.
* Support branch performance through forecasting and budgeting inputs.
What You'll Bring:
* Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years).
* A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience.
* Customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes.
* Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems.
* Current driver's licence.
