What will you be doing
Your role will be to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment by meeting specific targets, providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client.
You will address the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
This must be able to balance empathy, dignity and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
Who are you
Skills and experience we look for include
Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
Demonstrated experience in customer service sales contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
