Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts
* Utilize catalogues and systems to ensure accurate part identification and supply
* Prepare quotes and process sales orders efficiently and accurately
* Follow up on deliveries and keep customers informed about order status
* Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or equivalent mechanical trade background
* Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, cataloguing systems, and industry standards
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Good computer and inventory system skills
* A customer-focused mindset and proactive team attitude
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
