The role involves supporting two Mental Health teams to deliver community-based low to moderate intervention mental health services to clients who cannot access appropriate services due to living in remote locations or being ineligible for existing services.
You will be a vital resource to remote communities, ensuring the development and increase of awareness of mental health and emotional wellbeing services.
* A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, or Psychology is required.
* A membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
* Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Mental Health or equivalent is also necessary.
