Your next opportunity
As a Pricing Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Boral's pricing capabilities across our product lines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Credit, Finance, IT, and Operations—to streamline pricing processes, implement best practices, and create a seamless customer experience.
Your day will involve:
* Analyse and optimise pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Document pricing processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency across teams
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements to pricing tools and systems
* Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Support the development and rollout of pricing strategies and governance frameworks
* Provide training and support to operational teams on pricing systems and protocols
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and pricing policies

* Proven experience in pricing or process improvement roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in pricing software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Excel
