Job Description
The Territory Manager is responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing accounts within the assigned territory in Sydney
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Territory Manager should have:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- A results‑driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's licence and ability to travel around Sydney with occasional regional travel.
- While not a requirement for the role, proficiency in an additional language will be viewed as an advantage.
