Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strata Manager located in Port Macquarie, NSW. The Strata Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of strata schemes, including management of financials, conducting meetings, liaising with property owners and tenants, ensuring compliance with legislation, managing maintenance requests, and handling disputes. The role also involves coordinating with various staff members and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient strata management.
Qualifications
* Experience in Strata Management and knowledge of relevant legislation
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
* Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
* Ability to resolve conflicts and handle disputes effectively
* Proficiency in using strata management software and CRM systems
* Relevant qualifications in property, real estate, or strata management are a plus
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
