Site Manager – Residential New Build Construction
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead multiple turnkey single-storey residential projects from start to finish. This role offers strong systems, supportive teams, and a focus on safety and quality.
What You'll Do:
* Manage site delivery from establishment to handover
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across live sites
* Plan daily operations and construction programmes
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely
* Conduct QA inspections at key milestones
What We're Looking For:
* Certificate III in Carpentry & Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent)
* 3–5+ years as a Site Manager in residential construction
* Experience managing 15+ residential sites concurrently
* Strong knowledge of WHS, safety, and live site management
* Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
