Job Title: Clinical Nurse Educator
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Educator. As a key member of our education and training team, you will design and deliver education programs that cater to the needs of our nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement clinical education strategies that enhance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our nurse management team, educators, and clinicians to ensure that our education programs are relevant, effective, and aligned with best practices.
You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A postgraduate qualification in nurse education is highly desirable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver education programs for nurses and other healthcare professionals
* Develop and implement clinical education strategies to enhance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes
* Collaborate with nurse management team, educators, and clinicians to ensure education programs are relevant and effective
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to education activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
* A Bachelor of Nursing degree or higher
* Postgraduate qualification in nurse education (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
