To provide high level administrative, liaison, and clerical support to the Victims Support Output, with a focus on coordination and liaison of information for statewide Safe at Home Integrated Case Coordination (ICC) meetings.

Duties
Demonstrate high level knowledge of programs within the Victims Support output, including the Tasmanian state governments systemic approach to addressing family violence and the IT systems that support this work.
Provide high level administrative and clerical support by accessing multiple databases across several agencies to provide sensitive information and data for statewide ICC meetings.
Provide high level administrative support to committees, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders associated with Safe at Home and other relevant programs.
Manage the operations, communication, record keeping, facilities and assets of the Victims Support office.
Contribute to the achievement of Safe at Home objectives by working effectively as part of a small, statewide team.
Provide high-level liaison with clients, staff and stakeholders in person, by phone and written communication.
Undertake general duties as determined by the Director – Victims Support.
