Estia Health is seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants/Workers for the Yarra Valley Home (Queensland). This position can be a permanent part‐time or casual role.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily life activities, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well‐fed.
* Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
* Monitor residents' health and support treatment processes.
* Serve as a friend and advocate for residents, ensuring privacy and dignity are respected.
Qualifications
* CertificateIII orIV in Aged Care.
* Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role.
* Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
