Service Technician
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining our equipment to ensure optimal performance.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in repairing and maintaining machinery. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively complete repairs, diagnostic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to OEM standards.
* Support customers with after-sales service, warranty repairs, and claims.
* Contribute to decisions on continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
* Mechanical field trade qualification or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of Elevated Work Platforms.
* Minimum 3 years' experience of servicing for aerial work platform.
* Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.
