The Opportunity
Based in Osborne Park, this role combines proactive outbound care and reactive support to ensure our customers continue enjoying clean and healthy water.
Responsibilities
* Proactively calling existing customers when their filters are due, identifying solutions, and closing the renewal.
* Guiding our customers from their initial inquiry through to successful resolution.
* Processing payments accurately and securely.
* Supporting the inventory team to coordinate and confirm the on-time delivery of filter replacements.
* Maintaining data integrity by accurately managing customer information across a range of systems.
About you...
We're looking for a new team member who genuinely loves helping people, has a natural conversational flair, and thrives on being organised.
Qualifications
* Comfortable making outbound calls, building instant rapport with existing customers, and guiding them to the right solutions.
* Clear, friendly, and professional communicator, whether on a call, writing an email, or sending a text.
* Attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
* Ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CRMs or payment systems is a plus.Motivated by goals and enjoys contributing to team targets and KPIs.
