You'll oversee planning performance, optimise resources, uphold HSE standards, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and manage production and repair plans within your scope.
* Define planning standards, ensure data accuracy, and optimise ERP planning settings.
* Monitor stock levels and adjust plans to balance demand, capacity, and industrial constraints.
* Optimise resource utilisation across people, equipment, and subcontractors.
* Support the Master Planner and APRU Manager in building and executing the Production & Repair Plan.
* Analyse workload/capacity and implement solutions for short-term disruptions.
* Track industrial cycles and maintain accurate ERP updates.
**Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:*** Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, PLM, and industrial information systems.
* Solid understanding of supply chain flows, master scheduling, and manufacturing/repair processes.
* Experience with Just-in-Time and continuous improvement tools (5S, Gemba, PDCA).
* Confident using digital tools and dashboards for analysis and decision support.
* Excellent communicator with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated rigour and ability to work effectively without direct people management.
