Companion Care Worker - Aged & Disability Support

Description
Right at Home Greater Logan supports clients living independently at home.
We are passionate about delivering quality care with a close-knit, professional team.
We are expanding our team to continue providing excellent care and to grow our presence in the community.
We are seeking experienced Aged and Disability Companion Support Workers in Logan City and Brisbane South.
Tasks include Personal Care, Social Support, Domestic Assistance, Transport, and more.
Previous experience in aged and disability care is highly regarded.
- Above award hourly rates between $34 - $70
- Travel reimbursement

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Willingness to travel within Logan City (approx.
30-minute radius)
- Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts (essential)
