Veterinary Receptionist – Victorian Equine Group
We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable receptionist to join our team in a general front‐of‐house and administration role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client relationship, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a busy clinic through practical, day‐to‐day admin.
This role will start part‐time (2–3 days per week) from early July, with the intention to move to full‐time hours as our busy season approaches.
What you will be doing
* Answering phones and managing general enquiries
* Booking and scheduling appointments
* Processing invoices, billing and payments
* Maintaining accurate client and patient records
* Supporting the clinic team with general administration tasks
* Helping keep the reception area organised and running smoothly
About you
Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not necessary. We're looking for someone who:
* Is friendly, calm and confident dealing with people
* Is happy juggling phones, bookings and admin tasks
* Has good attention to detail and basic computer skills
* Enjoys being part of a team and supporting others
* Can adapt as the clinic becomes busier during peak season
