School-based Traineeship – HVAC Traralgon
Role Overview
The Reece Group, a leading international company in plumbing, bathroom, irrigation, HVAC-R and related businesses, is partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to offer a School‐based Traineeship. Students will work towards a CertificateII in Supply Chain Operations while gaining practical experience in a Reece branch.
Responsibilities
* Embrace Reece values, policies and procedures
* Deliver customer service and answer phone messages and orders
* Process sales and manage stock accurately
* Communicate effectively with customers and staff
* Build product knowledge and provide follow‐up to customers
* Contribute to maintaining the branch at a high standard
Qualifications & Attributes
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and maintain a neat, tidy workplace
* Enthusiastic, team‐player attitude with willingness to try new things
* Well presented appearance
Workload & Availability
* One and a half days per week (approximately 10hours)
* Saturday availability required
* Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended for progress
* Suitable for Year10 students year‐round; Year11 students may apply from January until term2
