Corporate Receptionist
Findex (location Mildura, VIC, AU) – Role Seniority: junior.
This role involves managing front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients, visitors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
* Answer external calls and manage front desk operations.
* Complete daily mail processing, banking, manage room bookings, catering orders and event support.
* Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients and stakeholders, including partners, advisers, and corporate staff.
* Support office operations, including managing supply of stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers.
* Assist the team with lodgements, filing and other tasks.
