Building + Pest Inspector - Hurstville/Rockdale/Bexley/Earlwood
About the role
Our client is expanding their NSW team and looking for inspectors to cover Altona/Laverton inspection locations. As a Building & Pest Inspector, you'll focus primarily on pre‐purchase inspections—identifying defects, assessing compliance, and delivering detailed reports that safeguard property transactions.

Duties
* Identify structural defects, compliance issues & safety risks
* Carry out pre‐purchase inspections across Altona/Laverton & surroundings
* Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
* Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
* Provide professional advice to clients
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
* NSW Builder's Licence
* Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) — or willingness to enrol
* Strong attention to detail & high‐quality reporting skills
* Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
