Role Description
This contract hybrid role for an Operations Administrative Assistant is well suited to students or recent graduates looking to gain hands‐on experience in administration, operations, and mental health services within a supportive, small‐team environment. You will provide administrative assistance with documentation, internal operational systems, and reporting; handle enquiries from clients, staff, and external stakeholders; and take intake and general enquiry calls from NDIS participants, Support Coordinators and other Allied Health services. Professionalism and tact are essential.

* Maintain professionalism and tact in all client and stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications
* Currently studying or recently graduated in administration, business, social sciences, community services, or a related field.
* Organised, reliable, with experience in (or keen to learn) general administration, data maintenance, and managing internal systems.
* Comfortable taking direction and feedback.
* Confident speaking on the phone and communicating with a wide range of people.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
* Comfortable using computers, including Word/Google Docs/Pages, Excel/Sheets/Numbers, PDFs, email, and shared drives.
* Detail‐oriented, proactive, and capable of working in both office and remote settings.
* Professional, respectful, and comfortable working in a mental‐health environment.
* Previous experience is welcome but not essential – training and support will be provided.
