About the role
This is a hands-on role that requires manual handling of sheetmetal. You must be reliable, punctual, physically fit and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Most of the work is of an assembly nature and involves operation of mass production sheetmetal machinery such as preset presses, benders, guillotines, spot welders and simple welding procedures. Working hours are: Monday–Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm; Fridays 8:00am – 2:50pm.
Wages as per Manufacturing & Associated Industries Award.
Candidates must hold a valid work visa or have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
Skills and experience
Entry-level candidates welcome – we will provide full training. However, experience with manufacturing equipment or basic welding will be highly regarded.

* Ability to work both in a team and with minimal supervision
