We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager to lead our vibrant service in Newcastle.
About the Role
As a Centre Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of passionate Educators, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service.
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.
* Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community.
* Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration.
About You
You’re a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism and care to everything you do.
What You’ll Have
* A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
* A National Criminal History Clearance Certificate valid within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain).
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (completed or working towards).
* Mandatory Child Protection Training Certificate.
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate.
* Food Safety Certificate.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings.
* Knowledge of the NQF & "My Time, Our Place" framework.
* Strong communication & organisational skills.
