As the Manager of Infrastructure and Operations, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring a wide range of infrastructure projects, including road and civil construction, maintenance, and repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven executive leadership with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
* Demonstrated project management expertise, including driving organisational change and prioritising safety.
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or an approved equivalent).
* Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation.
