About the Role
As a member of the Supplier Partnership & Performance Partnering Operations Team, you will support the delivery of exceptional technology outcomes through key strategic ITO partnerships in Australia and internationally by enabling transitions to new strategic partners, supporting implementation, managing governance frameworks, driving ongoing performance improvement, and championing innovation to deliver industry best-practice outcomes across cost, quality, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end ITO transitions, including mobilisation, knowledge transfer, hypercare, and stabilisation activities.
* Manage ITO governance, performance reporting, service reviews, and action tracking to ensure effective delivery.
* Monitor ITO costs, benefits realisation, invoices, and resource utilisation against contracted scope.
* Oversee ITO risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring issues are resolved and governance standards are maintained.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners to drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
About You
* Demonstrated operational experience supported by tertiary qualifications.
* Experience in vendor management, supplier partnering, or supply chain roles, preferably within a technology or managed services environment.
* Understanding of IT outsourcing models, managed services delivery, and contract governance.
* Experience managing ITO partner relationships, including SLA governance and performance management.
* Knowledge of technology operations, system upgrades, and change initiatives; experience in financial services or insurance and familiarity with ITIL are advantageous.
