ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Supervisor, you'll be the driving force on‐site, ensuring every module is delivered and assembled to the highest standard. You'll coordinate teams, manage timelines, and solve challenges on the fly – turning precision‐engineered components into fully realised spaces that our clients love. Your leadership will directly shape the quality, safety, and efficiency of every build.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee day‐to‐day site operations for modular building projects, from delivery to final handover.
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless assembly and fit‐out.
* Monitor quality control at every stage, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
* Manage project schedules, proactively addressing delays or issues to keep builds on track.
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
* Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
ABOUT YOU
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Site or Construction Supervisor, ideally in modular or prefabricated building.
* Strong knowledge of building codes, WHS regulations, and quality assurance processes.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
* A hands‐on, solutions‐focused approach with excellent problem‐solving skills.
* Trade qualification or relevant construction management certification (highly regarded).
* A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering projects you can be proud of.
