**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Don't want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for trucks, cars and machinery? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Moonah, TAS 7009. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm You will mostly be working outdoors in the trucks & machinery yard and will work closely with your team to:
- Ensure all incoming trucks, cars & machinery stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
- Unload trucks & machinery stock from tow trucks as they arrive at the branch, sometimes using a forklift
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Passion for cars, trucks & machinery, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
- **Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)**:
- Hold a current and valid forklift license (preferable)
- Attention to detail
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
