CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced RC Drillers to join one of our Client's in Western Australia. Ideal candidates will have proven drilling expertise and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants MUST have full Australian working rights. Key Responsibilities: At least 5 years of experience in Exploration or Mine RC drilling. Strong leadership skills with hands-on expertise in drilling, mechanical tasks, training, and safety management. Commitment to following strict safe work policies and procedures. A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to professionally engage with everyone from offsiders to clients and senior management, always representing the company’s interests. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage paperwork, meet deadlines, and operate independently in the field while staying connected with operations support. Flexibility to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a dynamic and changing environment. Mechanical aptitude with a passion for learning new skills. Our Ideal Candidate: Valid HR driver’s license- essential. Current First Aid certification. National Police Clearance (within last 6 months or ability to obtain). 4WD certification Working at Heights certification Relevant drilling certs Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
