Based onsite at one of our customer depots, you'll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations as the sole CEVA representative supporting our national telecommunications customer. Reporting to a remote manager, you'll be trusted to manage all general warehousing activities while maintaining strong relationships with onsite stakeholders.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in maintaining a safe and organised warehouse, and can confidently engage with customers to deliver high‐quality service.
YOUR ROLE
* Monday to Friday, 7.30 am start – permanent full‐time
* Base hourly rate of $38.20 2020 + 14.5% super

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Manage receival, put‐away, picking and dispatch activities in line with customer procedures
* Load, unload, move and stage goods using a forklift and manual handling techniques
* Prepare freight for dispatch including labelling, weighing and cubing
* Maintain accurate inventory records and complete all required documentation
* Keep the warehouse and equipment clean, organised and compliant with safety standards
* Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance as required
* Engage with onsite customer staff to support their operational needs
* Provide updates and reporting to your manager, ensuring smooth remote oversight.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Proven experience in general warehousing operations (receival, picking, dispatch)
* A current LF forklift licence and proven experience
* Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Good communication skills and confidence engaging with customers onsite
* Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse systems
* Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
