Overview
EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. We are looking for a Case Manager to manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims in Sydney.
This is a full‐time, permanent position based in our Sydney George Street office. You may work from home up to three days per week after the first month of employment, subject to performance and approval.
Responsibilities
* Manage an end‐to‐end portfolio of workers' compensation claims, supporting individuals with physical and psychological injuries.
* Build and maintain relationships with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers.
* Develop proactive, outcome‐focused case strategies based on clinical knowledge.
* Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored return‐to‐work plans.
* Guide individuals through their recovery journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Qualifications
* A background in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or a similar discipline, or transferable experience from a clinical or care‐based role.
* Strong communication skills, with confidence in navigating sensitive or complex conversations.
