This Role is For You If You’re Ready To:
o Work closely with a high-achieving agents on campaigns from listing to sale
o Be involved in marketing, and client communications
o Assist at inspections
o Coordinate photography, video, digital marketing, and supplier management
o Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—from contracts and admin to CRM updates
o Take ownership of your development and thrive in a driven, supportive environment
Qualifications
Who You Are:
o A hunter that gets a buzz off getting a deal over the line
o Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
o Naturally confident with strong written and verbal communication skills
o Tech-savvy and able to manage digital systems, calendars, and workflows
o Curious, coachable and passionate about real estate and personal growth
o Professional in appearance and presentation
o Either have your Agent’s Representative Certificate (or are currently studying to obtain it)
