TDA Tax Depreciation is a specialist firm helping Australian property investors and businesses unlock the full value of their depreciation entitlements. With a highly experienced team of quantity surveyors and tax professionals, we deliver accurate, ATO-compliant depreciation schedules that put money back in our clients' pockets. We are growing, and we want our marketing to match our ambition.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare chance to own and shape marketing at a firm with genuine market credibility and significant growth potential. As Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic and creative force behind TDA's brand, lead generation, and client communications. You will work closely with the leadership team and manage a small, talented team to build campaigns that drive measurable results.
This role suits a hands‑on senior marketer who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves — someone who thrives in a tight‑knit environment and loves seeing the direct impact of their work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own TDA's marketing strategy across digital, content, and brand channels
* Lead and develop a small marketing team, setting clear priorities and fostering a high-performance culture
* Drive lead generation through SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and partnerships with accountants, financial planners, and property professionals
* Oversee the production of content that educates and converts — articles, guides, social media, and webinars
* Manage and optimise the marketing budget with a focus on measurable ROI
* Build and maintain TDA's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
* Track and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly
* Support business development through proposals, capability statements, and client‑facing collateral
WHAT YOU BRING
* 3–4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
* Proven track record in B2B or professional services marketing — financial services, property, or tax experience highly regarded
* Strong digital marketing skills including SEO/SEM, email automation and social media
* Excellent writing and communication skills — you can simplify complex concepts for a broad audience
* Experience managing and mentoring a small team
* Commercially minded with the ability to tie marketing activity to business outcomes
* Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
* A self‑starter mindset with a bias for action and attention to detail
WHAT WE OFFER
* A senior role with genuine ownership and direct input into business strategy
* Collaborative, expert team in a firm with a strong reputation and loyal client base
* Hybrid working arrangements — flexibility built in, not bolted on
* Competitive salary package commensurate with experience
* Supportive leadership committed to your professional growth
