The role of an Executive Assistant is a high-profile position that requires strong organisational and communication skills. This includes:
* Providing administrative support to senior management, including diary management, email and travel arrangements.
* Preparing correspondence, Board documents, presentations and reports in a timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate records and compiling minutes from meetings.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders, external advisors and other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Our ideal candidate will possess 4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level within a commercial law firm or business. They will also demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and well-developed time management and organisational skills.
Requirements

* A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
* Diplomatic and confidential when handling sensitive information.
* The ability to anticipate needs and identify areas for improvement.
* Advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in legal case management software an advantage.
* Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, partners and external stakeholders.
