About the Role
As our Administration Trainee, you'll play a key role in supporting our head office operations. You'll provide high-quality administrative and reception support, ensuring the office runs smoothly and our team members and visitors receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Supporting office operations including document handling, data entry, filing, client intake and onboarding, rostering and services coordination support.
- Assisting with the coordination of staff meetings and training sessions.
- Maintaining a tidy, safe, and professional front-of-house environment.
- Assisting with ordering and managing office supplies.
- Supporting various departments with general administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
- Previous customer service or reception experience is a plus, but not required.
