Marine Project Lead
We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Marine Project Lead to drive the safe and successful delivery of a technically complex marine works package in Perth.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing project team on one of Western Australia's most significant coastal infrastructure developments.
You will oversee and lead engineering on critical offshore operations including:
* Installation of 200t precast intake structures for a new seawater supply plant
* Laying of a 2m diameter, 140m long HDPE outfall diffuser pipeline
* Coordination of offshore piling, drilling, and grouting works
* Oversight and support of complex temporary works and subsea diving operations
* Supporting marine logistics and offshore scheduling
About the Project
You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the construction delivery team to support the delivery of this unique multi-disciplinary package of marine construction works.
As Marine Project Lead, you will lead and mentor younger engineers, and ensure adherence to financial and contractual parameters during the delivery stages.
This will involve programming & scheduling the works, planning and reviewing heavy lift studies, weekly and monthly reporting, and 'cost to complete' forecasting and managing budgets.

Requirements
You will bring:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer in marine construction for construction contractors on jetties/wharves, ocean outfalls, tunnels, coffer dams or similar
* Background in piling, heavy lifting, marine logistics, tunnelling or underwater installations
* At least 5 years in a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer or leadership role within civil/marine environments in Australia for contractors
* Minimum Bachelors degree in construction (civil/structural/marine) or related field
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
* Deep understanding of HS&E standards and best practices
* Ability to operate with confidence and authority on technically challenging scopes
