About the Role
* Rostered shifts mainly 7pm to 4am. Day works based on project types that come in Penalty rates apply.
* Drive C-Class licensed to drive to site.
* Operate generators, pressure washers and power tools.
* Set up job site with signage and barricades. Protect all surrounding surfaces.
* Set up environmental controls including sediment socks, filter pads and operate vacuums.
* Experience working internally & externally. Working around surfaces such as glazing, cabinetry, tiles, concrete, pavements, etc.
* Prepare surface by cleaning stains, paint, oil, chewing gum, graffiti and line markings with appropriate methods and products.
* Attention to detail High quality finishes Experiences in applying sealers and silicone.
* Experience with waterproofing products, torch-on systems, and Instant spray membranes
* Follow and/or Implement Safe Work Method Statements. Complete site inductions.
* Document proof of services by using iPhone to take photos and videos. Document this evidence and other information on a web based application.
* Pack up site and clean up tools and equipment. document and report any repairs, near misses and/or incidents.

You will have experience in all of the skills listed above. Or you will have the commitment to train and develop with our team to achieve competency in skill areas. You will operate as one of the levels that we will assess through your recruitment and training:
* Level 1 - Under instruction & supervision
* Level 2 - Working independently & give instructions
* Level 3 - Team Supervisor & high level of demonstrated experience
The operator level reflects salary and remuneration levels within our advertised scale. If you can demonstrate high distinction across multiple skill areas we are open to discuss further salary and/or incentives.

Essential Requirements
* Ability to work both NIGHT & DAY shifts
* Certifications:
* Working at heights
* Yellow Card - Scissor lift + EWP below 11m
* High risk license - EWP over 11m
* OHS White Card
* Comfortable using smartphones/tablets (training provided)
* Industry experience. 2+ Years - or show portfolio of works to demonstrate competency
