We are seeking a seasoned Dams Engineer at the Lead to Principal level to join our market-leading Northern Australia Dams Group. This role can be based in any of our Northern Australia office locations.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership by delivering expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design, and construction management disciplines.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead proposal development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Mentor and support junior engineers.
Foster a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
Identify and pursue new opportunities.
Support site‑based assignments during construction phases as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
Extensive professional experience in dams engineering, with a deep understanding of geotechnical, structural, and hydraulic aspects.
Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
