Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security enhancements.
* Deploy and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
* Support after-hours systems and ensure service continuity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
* Mentor junior staff and support team development.
* Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 4 years in a similar IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Valid driver's license.
